Methyl Cellulose(MC)

MC Methyl Cellulose, taking the high-purity cellulose as the main raw materials, is specially prepared by etherification under alkaline conditions. The whole process is proceeded and completed under the GMP and automated monitoring, no including any animal organs and grease and other active ingredients.

Product Purpose Introduction: 

Methyl Cellulose belongs to water soluble ether, it has a fine using performance, suitable for construction, painting, and other fields. 
For construction industry: 
1. Wall material:  Method of use, first mix the MC with Gypsum and other inorganic filler, then configure into slurry use according to the practice

2. Mortar: Use the cement mortar as the internal & external wall coating, HT-4000 model can be used, the usage is usu. 0.5% of the cement weight, cement: sand is 1: 2=3, cement: water is 1:3-4, can add the sand’s adhesive strength to the wall surface, enhancing the mortar’s workability, the construction method is same as gypsum internal wall coating.

3. Tile adhesive: MC available with 4000~8000mpa.s viscosity, dry-mixed mortar as the mixing method. No need to prepare the water immersion before using. The operation method is same as the normal way, and the wall's surface does not need water spraying.  Using MC can greatly improve the tile adhesive ability,  and the longer opening time, more uniform slurry and more convenient for construction.

 4. Cement products: Gypsum cement pipe, adding small amount of MC in the course, can be served as: water regulator, water retention agent, retarding agent, adhesive agent, which can retain water when the products are subject to pressure and shearing force, meanwhile it can enhance the products' anti-pressure strength at 0.2~1%.

5. Construction adhesive and RDP: Use MC as the auxiliary adhesive materials, can not only enhance the adhesive performance but also have a strong anti-mildew ability.

6. The coating industry:
1. In the latex coating and water soluble resin paintings, MC can be used as film agent, thickener agent, latex agent, stablizer agent, etc. which can realize a fine scrubbing, unifrom and adhesive coating effect, it can also improve the surface's tensile, PH stability and the metal color compatibility.
2. In the multi-color painting manufacturing, MC can be used as thickener, dispensible and stablizer agent.

Product Transportation and Storage:
Protect MC from sunshine, rain and humidity. Sealed in a bag an kept in a dry place.
