Mortar is the main construction raw material. With the development of economy, population growth, people’s higher requirements for environmental protection, so to realize the commoditization of mortar is an important mark when the construction industry has developed to a certain degree. The commoditization of mortar mainly use the concentration and fixed point mixing and bagged mixing mortar, namely dry powder mortar two forms.....

Re-dispersible Polymer has the same effect as primary dispersion, i.e., bonding pigments and fillers during drying or curing to improve their adhesive strength to organic or inorganic substrates. Due to the water soluble protective colloid, so water retention is improved as well, it is also an important advantage in the hydraulic binder modification . This hydraulic binder (such as: cement) needs right amount of water to form solidification. If this binder is very thin, water will be absorbed by substrate or evaporated and removed, resulting in not enough water to hydrate and not enough strength.....

HPMC can play the functions of thickening, water retention, construction in putty powder.....

Some of Wood Fiber functions such as: thickening, adhesion, water retention, etc. similar to cellulose, but its unique water conductivity can make high molecular polymer mortar a full even water hydration, increasing the adhesive strength and strength uniformity of the high molecular mortar surface, preventing the cracking phenomenon as a result of uneven water hydration effectively. It has become an indispensible additive for high molecular polymer mortar(monocompoent, bi-component). ....

For construction purpose, Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose can prevent the water from permeating the wall. Proper amount of water lingers in the mortar, enabling the cement to have a longer time to conduct hydration, water retention is proportional to the viscosity of cellulose ether solution in mortar, higher viscosity; better water retention. Once the water molecule increased, water retention falls. Due to for the same amount construction purpose HPMC solution, more water means the decrease of viscosity. The enhancement of water retention ability will result in the prolongation of curing time of the construction mortar.....

It can increase the elasticity, bending strength of the material. Increasing the weather resistance, durability and abrasion performance.
