SM-F10 Super Plasticizer

1. Product Introduction

SM-F10 Super Plasticizer is the improved version of Melamine Plasticizer. It has all the common Melamine Plasticizer properties, i.e white color, high water reduction rate, not air entraining, low chloride ion content, no corrosion to steel bar and good adaptability with all kinds of cement. After using it, the concrete’s early strength and anti-permeability are increased obviously, better workabilty and water retention, good adaptability steam curing. Treated by special spray drying technology, it can improve the powder granule’s structure, powder fluidity is better than Melamine powder, thus when using this product in the powder construction materials, it has an ideal effect of mixing. This product conforms to GB8076-2008 National Standard High Efficiency Plasticizer Index. 

2. Applications:

(l) Anti-permeability thermal insulation mortar, plaster products, self-leveling floor, sealant, grouting material, etc.

(2) igh strength concrete, high flowing concrete, high durability concrete, aluminate cement fire resistance concrete, low cement fire resistance refractory castable, steam curing concrete, etc. It is esp. Suitable for dry-mixed construction powder material dispersant.

5. Usage, Transportation and Storage

Use this product cautiously and avoid touching eye, mouth and skin. Protective glove and glass is recommended. If touched by accident, please use plenty of water to rinse the stained area.

The powder is susceptible to get moist, and it should be sealed in the original pack and stored in a dry place. Temperature should not exceed 40℃. Don't overlap too high. Handle with care when moving it to prevent damagae. Avoid moisture when this product is shipped.

SM-F10 Super Plasticizer is non-toxic, non-irritatuib and non-combustion product.
