SNF-A Super Plasticizer

1、Product Introuction

SNF-A Super Plasticizer is synthesized by chemical reaction, it’s non-air entraining highly efficient plasticizer. Chemical name: Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate. It has a strong dispersing effect on cement particles. For cast-in-situ concrete with large strength and high strength and the cast-in-place concrete and precast, it has an excellent using effect. It can increase and improve concrete’s property wholly, it can be widely used in: highway, bridge, dam, port, tunnel, electricity power, water power, construction project, steam curing and natural curing precast component, etc. At present, it is divided into high concentration and low concentration type by sodium sulfate content in the market. This product conform to GB8076－2008 National Standard High Efficiency Plasticizer index.　　

2、Applications Range 　　

(1) When the strength of concrete and slump is basically the same, it can reduce the cement usage by 10-25%.

(2) Special use of flow concrete, plasticity concrete, steam curing concrete, anti-penetration concrete, water-proof concrete, natural curing precast component concrete, steel bar and pre-stressed concrete, high strength and super high strength concrete.

5、Usage, Transportation and Storage

Be careful when using this product, avoid touching eyes, mouth and skin. Protective glove and glass are recommended. If touched by accident, please use plenty of water to rinse

The powder is susceptible to get moist, and it should be sealed the oroiginal pack and stored in a dry place. Temperatue should not exceed40℃, don't overlap too much. Handle with care when moving to avoid any damage. Avoid moisture when transported

SNF-A is non-toxic, non-irritation and non-combustion product.
