When used for cement concrete: 

1. Increase the anti-crack ability of cement concrete effectively

2. Increase the anti-permeability and anti-freeze of cement concrete, increasing durable fiber, reducing the size of pores and the number of connection pores in the concrete considerably

3. Increase the abrasion resistance, tensile strength and tenacity of concrete

4. Increase concrete’s anti-shock, anti-thunder and anti-crack ability

When used for asphalt concrete:

1. Strengthen stiffener in the asphalt mixture

2. Increase asphalt mixture’s oil content rate, increase adhesive strength and stability

3. Increase asphalt mixture’s tenacity and anti-low temperature ability

4. Reduce permanent deformation, increase anti-skid and anti-abrasion ability
